Vertical bladder tank (Bladder tank foam proportioning system)

The vertical bladder tank is a pressurized vessel designed for fire suppression systems using foam concentrate. It features an internal elastomeric bladder that isolates the foam concentrate from water. When pressurized, the bladder dispenses foam concentrate into a proportioning device to form the foam solution.

Key Features:

  • Vertical design with internal bladder for foam-water separation
  • Delivers precise foam concentrate through a proportioning device
  • Ideal for fixed foam fire protection systems
  • Certificate: UL Listed / FM Approved
  • Standard: NFPA 11, UL 162, EN 13565, GB 20031
  • Design Code: ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 or EN 13445
  • Temperature Range:7°C to 49°C
  • Working Pressure: 175 psi (12 bar) or 232 psi (16 bar)
  • Surface Finish: Red RAL3000 FBE coating
