The Plug-Type Supervisory Switch is engineered to monitor control valves in fire sprinkler systems, especially non-rising stem (NRS) gate valves and other unique applications. When the valve is turned, the plug is pulled from the receptacle, signaling a change in status. Reinsertion is only possible by removing the cover with a special hex key, enhancing security and tamper resistance.
